Object of the Application
STATEMENT OF THE OBJECT OF THE APPLICATION
The first applicant seeks the following:
- a declaration that his rights under Articles 3, 5 (1), (3), (4), Article 6 (1), Article 7 and Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights have been violated
- just satisfaction to compensate the Applicant for the violations of his rights as set out in above
- the costs of this application (including any costs of domestic proceedings)
The second applicant seeks the following:
- a declaration that her rights under Articles 3, 5 (1), (3), (4), Article 6 (1), and Article 7 (1) of the European Convention on Human Rights have been violated
- just satisfaction to compensate the Applicant for the violations of her rights as set out in above
